TECHNICAL DRAWING AND GD&T, RULES AND BEST PRACTICES APPLIED TO SOLIDWORKS

  • 15 Steps

About

In the modern industrial environment, accuracy and standardization in mechanical design are key criteria for the successful design, manufacture and assembly of mechanical components and systems. The regulations ensure a common technical vocabulary between designers, manufacturers and quality control, reducing errors, delays and production costs. The 60-hour program includes the teaching of mechanical design regulations in combination with industry best practices and the Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) methodology, based on standards. At the same time, special emphasis is placed on the practical application of the above knowledge in the SOLIDWORKS software environment. Participants are trained in the creation of fully documented construction drawings, capable of being used for production and quality control, following internationally accepted design specifications. The program is aimed at mechanical engineers, process engineers and other technical professionals who wish to specialize in engineering design regulations and GD&T with practical application in SOLIDWORKS. It is particularly aimed at new graduates or engineers with minimal CAD experience and basic technical design knowledge, who seek to enhance their technical training and meet modern industry requirements. All participants are provided with: - SOLIDWORKS Educational License - Voucher for the CSWA, CSWP and CSWP- Drawings tools certification exams.
